We are based in New Jersey and primarily serve Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, and Passaic Counties, but we are happy to travel depending on your needs.

Can we write our own vows?
Of course! We encourage couples to personalize their vows and can help guide you through the process.
How far in advance should we book an officiant?
We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure your date is available. Ideally, book at least 3–6 months in advance, but we may accommodate shorter notice based on availability.
Do you provide a script for the ceremony?
Yes! We work with you to create a custom or prewritten ceremony script that reflects your personality and values.

What’s the difference between day-of coordination and partial planning?
- Day-of Coordination: We take over logistics and timeline management 3–4 months before your wedding day, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Partial Planning: Includes day-of services plus vendor recommendations, timeline creation, and support starting 6–9 months before the big day.
Do you manage setup and teardown for the event?
Yes! For day-of coordination, we oversee setup and ensure everything aligns with your vision. Teardown services can be added as an optional upgrade.
Do you work with specific vendors?
While we don’t require you to use specific vendors, we’re happy to recommend trusted professionals who align with your style and budget.

What’s included in the SYMBIS Assessment packages?
SYMBIS packages include a personalized assessment, detailed report, and coaching sessions to guide couples through improving communication, resolving conflicts, and aligning goals.
Can we do coaching virtually?
Yes, all relationship coaching sessions can be conducted online for your convenience.
Who is relationship coaching for?
Our coaching is ideal for engaged couples, newlyweds, or long-term partners who want to deepen their connection and prepare for a successful future together.
How long does a coaching session last?
Coaching sessions are 60 minutes each, and the number of sessions depends on the package you select.
